Dr. R.B. Weger, our pastor, has served in the ministry for the past 24 years. He has served as pastor at Bible Baptist for since 1997. Dr. Weger loves people and has a desire to win many souls for the cause of Christ. His determination over the past 24 years has brought many people to Christ and caused many people to come back to Christ. Dr. Weger is a wonderful speaker. He prepares his messages throughout the week with the goal of honoring and glorifying Christ. He also played the role of manager of our construction project. Dr. Weger has a desire for the work of Christ.

Sister Lisa Weger, wife of Dr. Weger, has served at Bible Baptist Church for the past several years in many areas. She is currently the secretary of the church. She teaches the young children in Sunday School (before kindergarten ages 3-5). She loves children and enjoys teaching them God's word. She has a heart for the work of Christ. Mrs. Weger is a wonderful woman with a goal to make a difference in a few young people's lives. She dedicates her week to prepare for the Sunday services. She makes sure the bulletins are ready and she prepares things in the church for services.

The members of the Trustee Ministry are called upon to manage the affairs of the church, along with the Pastor as Administrator. As we are called upon to deal with legal and financial matters, it is the duty of the Trustee Ministry to maintain a sense of moral uprightness and integrity at all times. All contracts and papers requiring legal signatures are dealt with through the Trustee Ministry.

The Deacon ministry is a vital part of Bible Baptist Church. Deacons are servants of the church; their task is to serve with the Pastor and staff in performing the Pastoral ministry. Leading the church in the achievement of its mission, proclaiming the gospel to believers, unbelievers, and caring for church members and other people in the community.

Bible Baptist Church is currently looking for a Music Director.

The people of God have always been a musical, singing people. It is both our heritage and even our trademark (Ex. 15:1; II Chron. 35; Psa. 33:3; 40:1-3; 137:1-4; Rev. 5:9,10; 15:3). Glorifying music is a combination of Scriptural words and sounds; for this reason, music that identifies with the world should be avoided. Lastly, our music will exalt the Lord and focus on Him; therefore anything that is drawing attention away from Him should be avoided
